If you did not receive your email receipt and font data and you checked out as a member, you can login to your account and resend the font data to yourself from your order history page. We recommend sending it to an email account that you know will not reject emails containing .zip or .sit files.
I checked out anonymously…
If you checked out anonymously (not logged in) and did not receive your font data, please contact us and we will resend your data to an email address that accepts emails containing .zip or .sit files.
**Please note, that only fonts listed on Fonts.com as “email delivery” should be contained in email receipts. All other products must be downloaded from the site.
