Lost Data
It is always recommended that a backup copy (CD Rom, Memory Stick) is made upon original receipt of your font data. If you are requesting a replacement, please ensure that a backup copy is made upon receipt of your lost data.

Our member accounts provide a convenient way to store your order data in our “Order History” page allowing for instant access in the event that your data is lost. Order History is a service offered by Fonts.com. We hope to continue its availability, but reserve the right to discontinue this service without prior notice.
