What's New on Fonts.com

Welcome to the new Fonts.com. We’ve added many new features and enhancements to improve your shopping experience. Here are a few of the improvements you’ll discover on the new Fonts.com:

Wish Lists
Announcing Wish Lists on Fonts.com. Keep track of the fonts you've been comparing and considering and share your lists with others.

New format for Search Results
We've updated our search results with a handfull of new features including an expnded result list and custiomizable sample text.

Suggested Product in Search Results
Our improved and expanded search results now include not only all the weights of the font you are searching for, but also any family pack or value packs in which that font is included.

Your Sample Text in Search Results
Ever wondered what that certain font will look like once you start using it? You now have 2 ways try our fonts in the text, color and size of your choice. To simply change the sample text that your font choice is displayed in, use the Quick Font Serach box at the top of the page. Add your own text to the "Change Sample Text" box and hit the button! All the returned font samples will be displayed int he text you chose.

To try the font in a specific color and/or size, click on the "Try it first - click here" link underneath the green "Add To Cart" button. From the "Try Font" page, you can customize the sample text that the font will be displayed in. You can change the text, text color, background color and font size quickly and easilly. You can also change the display font if you are viewing a multiple-font package.

Bank Transfer and Direct Debit Payment Methods
To better serve our international customers, you can now pay for your Fonts.com purchases using Bank Transfers (Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain) or Direct Debits (Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).

Character Map Text Samples
You can now view complete character maps for most of the typefaces available on Fonts.com. To do so, simply find the font you are interested in, and click on the "Try it first - click here" link underneath the green "Add To Cart" button. Next, click on the "Character Map" tab and select the Unicode Range that interests you. (NOTE: Most fonts will only have the basic Latin and Latin Supplement ranges populated. Other ranges are available in our non-Latin and specialty fonts.) You can also change the display font if you are viewing a multiple-font package.

Waterfall Text Samples
When you need a comparative view of a specific font displayed in different point sizes, you can use Fonts.com "waterfall" displays. Simply find the font you are interested in, and click on the "Try it first - click here" link underneath the green "Add To Cart" button. Next, click on the "Waterfall" tab. On the waterfall page, you can change the sample text that the font will be displayed in, as well as the specific font if you are viewing a multiple-font package.

New Email Newsletter Design
Our monthly newsletter has been redesigned in order to keep you quickly and accurately informed on current Fonts.com promotions. All email newsletter recipients are eligible for special offers and discounts not available to the general public! Subscribe now and receive a FREE font. The link to the free font will be included in your confirmation email that is sent to the account you specify.

User Accounts
Fonts.com user accounts contain your contact information for quick and easy checkouts. Mail preferences are also stored in user accounts. You can elect to receive Clicks, our semi-monthly electronic newsletter or National Typographic, our printed newsletter, mailed quarterly. A record of every order you've made while logged in to Fonts.com is saved on your Order History page. Access your Order History to download or email products from previous purchases. You may update your contact information or mail preferences at any time by logging in and clicking the Your Account link found in the footer of every Fonts.com page.

To create a new account or to login, click the “Welcome, Login” link found just below the “Shopping Cart” link in the top left-hand corner of each page. When you have logged in, the link will read “Logged In. Logout?” Click the link to logout.

Order History: Access Previous Orders
Have trouble keeping track of your font data? You can now access previous orders made while logged in to Fonts.com. To take advantage of this new feature, create a free Fonts.com user account and make all of your future purchases while logged in. Click Your Account to view your orders made while logged in. Sorry, you will not be able to access any purchases made anonymously (not logged in) and we are unable to add anonymous purchases to your order history. Although we hope you will find this to be a useful tool, we strongly recommend backing up all font data you order.
