Kemie Guaida started making letters at age 4, but it took many more years before she discovered the fun in digitizing them. Since 1998, she has been crafting fonts out of her and other people's handwriting and doodles and distributing them under the name Pixilate. She loves making unique fonts with extended character sets hoping others will find them as useful as she finds them fun to make. Her favorite letter is the lowercase g.

Edik has worked on creating Armenian computer fonts since 1987. He has created about 200 fonts and designed many books, magazines and newspapers. Twenty six of his fonts were awarded different prizes at local and International Type Design competitions. Two of his fonts Mariam and Grapalat have been adopted by the government of the Republic of Armenia as official fonts for State offices. He currently works for the National Book Chamber of Armenia as the head of the section of Creating and Saving Armenian Fonts.

Sabrina Lopez, Typesenses creator, has found typography interesting at the University of Buenos Aires, where she studies Graphic Design and where she met Maximiliano Sproviero, her partner and friend.
