Clicker
Can a typeface that’s box-like and stiff still be attractive and useful? Yes. And the Clicker™ typeface, by Greg Thompson, proves it. This sans serif, super family packs a lot of dimension into its 47 weights. Clicker proudly throws convention out the door and proclaims its uniqueness in two very specific ways.
First, every character retains a boxed shape by maintaining rigidly straight and vertical stems and slightly rounded shoulders. The “flat” sides provide a variety of kerning options – wider spacing gives Clicker a monospaced appearance, while kerning allows more characters to fit into a tighter space. The second noticeable trait of Clicker is its adherence to a single stoke width across all characters in each individual weight. The result is that different weights can be played against each other with attention-grabbing effectiveness.
