Installing MAC Fonts

Before Postscript or MacIntosh Truetype fonts can be installed, they must be de-compressed using a software product such as StuffIt®. All Mac® only files that are downloaded from the Web site are in .sit format (compressed). OpenType® font files have a .zip extension and require WinZip® or an alternative decompression software. All OS X systems have a decompression application installed.

If Stuffit Expander is needed, you can download a FREE version here.

Note: Customers can also use a font management system such as FontExplorer® X Pro to install their fonts. In these instances, the user should consult with their font management system manufacturer or the appropriate font management system’s user guide.
