Our Refund & Exchange Policy

Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?

Please note: Refunds and exchanges require original proof of purchase. Please have your order number ready when contacting customer care.

Lost Data
It It is always recommended that a backup copy (onto CD Rom, Memory Stick, external hard drive, etc) is made upon receipt of your font data. If you are requesting a replacement, please ensure that a backup copy is made upon receipt of your lost data.

  • Original purchase made through member checkout onlineFonts.com customers who checked out as a member, can access data through their “Order History” page, located on the “Your Account” page. If purchasing online, Fonts.com highly recommends creating a member account. Checking out as a member ensures your order will be stored in your Order History page. Members can visit their order history page at any time for access to data from previous orders. Please note, only orders made when checking out as a member can be shown in the order history page. Order History is a service offered by Fonts.com. We hope to continue its availability, but reserve the right to discontinue this service without prior notice.
  • Original purchase made through checkout online Fonts.com will replace lost data within 90 days of the date of online purchase
  • Original purchase made over the telephone Fonts.com will replace lost data within 180 days of date of phone purchase

Exchanges
Exchanges will be given within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Format/Platform Ordered
  • Incorrect Weight Ordered
  • Required font Family and ordered single weight

Refunds
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis dependent upon the reason for return. As a general practice, Fonts.com orders are non-refundable. Should you require assistance with a refund request, please contact the Fonts.com customer care department directly within 30 days of purchase.


Note: All refunds are processed through the US office. Refund requests outside of the United States can be emailed to Refunds@Fonts.com
