Friedrich Karl Sallwey
Friedrich Karl Sallwey – born 16. 10. 1918 in Langen, Germany, died August 11, 2005 – graphic artist, type designer. 1937–39 and 1941–42: studies at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Offenbach. 1948: works at the Bauersche Gießerei as Heinrich Jost´s assistant. From 1951 onwards: freelance graphic artist in Frankfurt am Main.
