Why do I need to download software to chat live with a Fonts.com representative?

Fonts.com takes pride in providing customers with a completely secure and encrypted live chat service. However, the software application must be downloaded in order to run.

The application is completely safe, and will not harm your computer. The software uninstalls itself completely from the user’s system once the chat window is closed. No cookies or other trace of the software is left behind on the user’s system.
