This little gem is based on a typeface discovered in a Boston Type Foundry catalog from the late 1800s, originally called Mikado. The font gets its name from one of the more memorable characters in Gilbert and Sullivan’s operetta. Both versions of this font include the complete Unicode Latin 1252 and Central European 1250 character sets.
