I Ordered the Wrong Font Format or Platform. What Should I Do Now?

To exchange or replace a purchased font, please follow the steps below:

1. Purchase the correct font at www.fonts.com
2. Email the original and replacement order numbers to refunds@fonts.com
3. A credit will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of your original and replacement order numbers
4. A copy of the original receipt will be sent once your credit has been processed. Scroll to the bottom and a "Credit" amount will appear

Exchange and replacement orders will be accepted within 10 days of original purchase.

Please note: International orders are unable to be credited until Fonts.com receives notification that payment has been received from our processor. This could result in a delay in receiving a refund of up to 2 weeks.
