Why Do I Get the Error "Does not appear to be a valid font?”

If you receive the error that the font you are installing ‘Does not appear to be a valid font’, please first ensure that you have extracted the font file from the download zip by dragging the file into another folder (eg the Desktop, My Documents) and then installing from that location.

If you are still receiving this error, please ensure that you are logged in as an Administrator. If you do not have Administrative permissions, please contact your IT department.
