Before getting into type design, he designed brand identities for solopreneurs and businesses. His love for type drives him to sometimes design custom typefaces for the brands that he works with.

He also loves designing typefaces that capture a juxtaposition of two emotions, and he often gets the initial idea for the typeface while he's out taking walks with his dog, in the dog park.
