This is an especially elegant and neutral version of the Kai-Shu style, which was created and used in the Western Jin dynasty. This was the style created by the master Wang Xi Zhi (born 307 A.D.) who was a pioneer in Chinese calligraphy. This typeface is more consistent than DF Kai, in that the density of the type is more regular. It is classic, standard, and extremely legible. It is well suited for book setting, brochure texts, and information handouts. As a house typeface, it is good for classic or more conservative companies.
