I Am Getting a 403 or 404 Error. What Can I Do?

A 403 or forbidden response is typically an indication that the URL of the page requesting the Web font is not being permitted to receive the Web font by the domain listed in your Web font project. Verify that you have properly specified any subdomains and that you have published your project after making any changes.

Please double check your domain configuration in the Fonts.com Web Fonts Interface. Please ensure that you have correctly specified the domain, using wildcards for subdomains if necessary. Please see below for a reference on using wildcards:

Entry: fonts.com
Allows: fonts.com, www.fonts.com

Entry: www.fonts.com
Allows: fonts.com, www.fonts.com

Entry: *.fonts.com
Allows: Any subdomain of fonts.com
Disallowed: fonts.com
