I am Getting an Error Message at Checkout

Occasionally during the checkout process an error message may appear after the "Complete Order" button is selected.

The error message will appear as a "Checkout Error".

Each checkout error is assigned a specific "Reason Code": Reason codes can be interpreted as follows:

  • 230: CVV Code or Expiration date is incorrect
  • 231: Credit card number is incorrect

These errors can be resolved by selecting the back button in your browser window and correcting the errors associated with the corresponding reason code.

If the account number, CVV Code, or expiration date have been entered correctly and verified, and an error message continues to appear, please contact customer care.
