I Ordered the Wrong Font Format or Platform. What Should I Do Now?
To exchange or replace a purchased font, please follow the steps below:
1. Purchase the correct font at www.fonts.com
2. Email the original and replacement order numbers to [email protected], or submit a support request via the Support page
3. A credit will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of your original and replacement order numbers
Exchange and replacement orders will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase.
Orders are unable to be credited until Fonts.com receives notification that payment has been received from our processor. This could result in a delay in receiving a refund of up to 24 hours.
