What are Your Data Replacement, Exchange, and Refund Policies?
We will gladly issue refunds and exchanges for qualifying purchases. We require original proof of purchase and ask that you have your order number ready when contacting customer care.
We recommend making a backup copy of your font data. Please be sure to do so upon receipt of your lost data. Customers who checked out as a member, can access data through their "Order History" page. If purchasing online, Fonts.com highly recommends creating a member account. Checking out as a member ensures your order will be stored in your Order History page. Members can visit their order history page at any time for access to data from previous orders. Please note, only orders made when checking out as a member can be shown in the order history page. Order History is a service offered by Fonts.com. We hope to continue its availability, but reserve the right to discontinue this service without prior notice. For customers that did not purchase online or through a member account:
- Fonts.com will replace lost data within 90 days of the date of online purchase
- Fonts.com will replace lost data within 180 days of date of phone purchase
Exchanges will be given within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:
Incorrect format or platform ordered
Required font family and ordered single weight
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis, but as a general practice, Fonts.com orders are non-refundable. Should you require assistance with a refund request, please contact support within 30 days of purchase.
