NeuAltisch is a calligraphic version of Fraktur, but one which has taken many liberties with the basic design. The lower-case letters are less angular, and the upper-case-letters have moved a bit away from the traditional forms. The inspiration for this typeface was some type in a 19th century German-language periodical that was published in Cincinnati and which I rescued from a trash heap.
